How do I setup the CRM integration for my end users

What do you need to do to enable CRM integration for your team

You can seamlessly integrate Haystack with many CRMs using our Webhook integration. Using webhook integration via a third-party automation platform (like Zapier, Make, etc.) gives you the ability to set up powerful, complex and even AI driven workflows.

This integration enables Haystack to send contact data that automatically creates Contacts or Leads in your CRM.

To set up the integration:

  1. Login to the Admin Dashboard (must be an Admin of a paid Haystack account)

  2. Click the "Integrations" tab >> select your preferred CRM option and follow the instructions

Please note: Once you've enabled the integration in the Admin Dashboard and tested that the workflow works the way you want it to work, there is nothing end users need to do. If they are on your account, this is now enabled for everyone automatically.
