In rare cases, you may notice a small international transaction fee on your credit card bill when paying for your Haystack subscription. This is a bank-imposed fee, not a charge from Haystack.

Does Haystack Charge International Transaction Fees?

No. When you make a payment to Haystack, we use Stripe to process transactions. We have set up our Stripe account to cover all domestic and international processing fees, ensuring these costs are included in your subscription price.

Why Am I Still Seeing an Extra Fee?

Some banks may still charge a separate, small international transaction fee simply because Haystack is registered in Australia. Even though Haystack has already covered all associated fees, a few banks impose this legacy charge on their customers.

What Can You Do?

If you see this fee on your statement:

  1. Contact your bank and ask them to remove the charge.

    • Many banks have discontinued this fee, and yours may agree to waive it.

  2. Request documentation from your bank if needed.

    • Since this charge is imposed by your bank, it will not appear on your Haystack invoice.

We understand that unexpected fees can be frustrating. If you need further clarification, feel free to reach out to us.
