Haystack, our digital business card provider has just released its new iPhone & Android widgets. This means that you can now share your card much quicker, directly from your home screen! Ensure that your Haystack digital business card is activated and the app is installed on your device before proceeding, as these are essential prerequisites for using the widget.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the Haystack mobile app and ensure you are signed in.
Follow the specific instructions for your device:
Android:
Long-press on an empty area of your home screen.
Select 'Widgets' from the menu that appears.
Locate the Haystack widget, and drag it to your desired location on the home screen.
Follow any on-screen prompts to configure the widget.
iPhone:
Touch and hold a blank area on your Home Screen until the apps jiggle.
Tap the '+' button in the upper-left corner.
Search for the Haystack widget or scroll through the list of available widgets.
Choose the Haystack widget, select a size, and then tap 'Add Widget'.
Position it on your home screen and tap 'Done'.
Sharing your card from the app is still available and the experience is unchanged. The new widgets are just faster and more convenient as they give you access to share your card without even opening the app - directly from your phone's 'home screen'. All the usual sharing options (text, email, QR code & more) are available via the new widget. Additionally, the widget ensures that your card is always readily available, significantly reducing the time required to access and share it.
