How do I disable or remove Contact Syncing?

Turn off contact syncing to remove Haystack contacts from your phone contacts

iPhone:

  1. Go to the iPhone Home screen 

  2. Go to 'Settings' app >> 'General' >> 'Profile' 

  3. Tap 'Haystack'

  4. Tap 'Remove profile'

This will remove all Haystack cards' information from your phone's contacts.

Android:

  1. Tap on the 'three lines' at the top > Settings

  2. Toggle 'Contact Syncing' to be off
