When you are in a phone call, a Haystack icon will appear as a notification on your phone. Tapping this notification gives you the option to send your Haystack card via SMS to the person you are in a call with.

You can also send your Haystack card shortly after the call has finished.

You can choose when this notification appears by toggling the "On-call card sharing" option on/off in the app's Settings.
