The administrator for your Haystack for Business account needs to contact Haystack in order to set up the connection with your CRM. They can do this by contacting support+crm@thehaystackapp.com

Once this has been set up, your administrator will need to add you to the company's template.

After this is done, you can 'Sign in' to your company's CRM through Haystack settings.
