The email to verify your card should appear in your email inbox. Sometimes this can take a couple of minutes to appear.

Still not there? Here are a few things to check:

  • Is the email address on your card spelled correctly?
  • Did the verification email get diverted to another mailbox, lost in the spam folder or trapped by your mail's junk filters?

Your business might also quarantine the email depending on the security measures it uses.

If the verification email does not appear in any of these places after a few minutes, share your card to support+verify@thehaystackapp.com and we will help to verify it manually.
