All of your Haystack contacts are automatically backed up and synced to our cloud when you are signed in with your Haystack account.
You can sign in, or check which account you are signed in with, through Haystack's Settings:
Open the Haystack mobile app
Tap Settings
On iPhone: Bottom right
On Android: Tap the three lines at the top left, then tap Settings
To move your Haystack contacts to a new device:
Download Haystack
Tap "Have an account? Sign in" and sign in using the same email address you originally used
As soon as you sign in, Haystack will start loading all of your contacts onto the new device.
