I've signed up for a paid plan but the app doesn't seem to recognize it

If you upgraded to a paid account, and the app is still asking 'to upgrade' instead of enabling the additional features

Having Trouble getting the app to recognize that you've upgraded to a paid account?

Follow these steps to link your paid plan with the Haystack app:

  1. Log into the Admin Dashboard.

  2. Go to Templates and create at least one template.

  3. Go to Manage cards and add at least one card (using your email address).

  4. Open your email inbox, find the invitation email you should have received from Haystack, click the 'activate my card' button, then follow the on-screen instructions until you've reached the "Congratulations!" screen.

  5. Close and re-open your Haystack app, it should now recognize you as a Haystack Pro or Haystack for Business user.

If you would like to export the contacts you've scanned - you can now export them directly from the app on your phone.
