If you upgraded to a paid account, and the app is still asking 'to upgrade' instead of enabling the additional features

Having Trouble getting the app to recognize that you've upgraded to a paid account?

Follow these steps to ensure that your Haystack paid account is properly recognized by the app.

The first thing we have to do is make sure you're signed in to the app with the same email address you used to signed up for your Haystack paid subscription. This is important because the app uses your email address to identify your account.

Once you've verified you're signed in with the correct user, we need to make sure there's at least one card added to your new paid account. To achieve this, follow these steps:

  1. Log into the Admin Dashboard

  2. Go to Templates and create a template. If you already have an existing template, you can skip to the next step.

  3. Go to Manage cards. Now invite your desired card's email address to the template. Please note, whatever information the template holds, including design, will be applied to your invited card.

  4. Open your email inbox, find the invitation email you should have received from Haystack, click the 'activate my card' button, then follow the on-screen instructions until you've reached the "Success!" screen.

  5. Close and re-open your Haystack app, it should now recognize you as a Haystack Pro Or Haystack for Business user.

If you're still having trouble, please reach out to our support team for further assistance. We're always happy to help!
