Whether you want to create a new card, or add an existing one to the correct account, here is what to do:
On iPhone - tap the "+" icon:
On Android - tap the "+" icon:
Or pull down an existing card and then tap the "+button":
How to create a card, or claim an existing card that is not yet claimed to your account, or the correct account.
