This article is for people activating their digital business card as part of a company-wide roll out.
Please follow these steps once received an internal email letting you know that you should expect an email titled "Your digital business card is now ready":
Check your inbox for an activation email from your company with the subject "Your digital business card is now ready"
Click the "Activate my card" button.
3. Review your contact details, check the "I accept and understand" box, and click "Save & Continue".
4. Select your preferred sign in method and follow the prompts.
5. On your mobile device, open the App Store or Google Play Store, search for Haystack Business Cards, and download the app.
Note: Be sure to download the official app specifically called 'Haystack Business Cards' to avoid any confusion with similarly named apps.
6. Open the app and tap the "Sign in" button.
7. Select the same sign in method used when activating your card.
Congratulations! Your new digital business card is activated and ready to share.
Troubleshooting Your Sign-in
If you encounter issues logging in, ensure that you are using the correct credentials provided by your organization. This could include your corporate email or specific authentication method like "Sign in with Microsoft" or "Single Sign-On".
