If you requested a claim, verification, or activation link, clicked the email, and saw a message saying “This link has expired”, don’t worry—here’s what to do.

Step 1: Check If Your Card is Already Activated

The most common reason for an expired link is that your card has already been activated, verified, or claimed.

  • Open the Haystack app

  • On the main screen (card list view), pull down to refresh

  • If your card now shows as "verified", you're all set—no further action needed!

Step 2: Request a New Link

If a long time has passed since your original request, the link may have naturally expired. To fix this:

  • Click the “Verify My Card” button on the main screen
    OR

  • Tap your card and tap the "Verify Your Email" banner

Step 3: Contact Support if Needed
