If you requested a claim, verification, or activation link, clicked the email, and saw a message saying “This link has expired”, don’t worry—here’s what to do.
Step 1: Check If Your Card is Already Activated
The most common reason for an expired link is that your card has already been activated, verified, or claimed.
Open the Haystack app
On the main screen (card list view), pull down to refresh
If your card now shows as "verified", you're all set—no further action needed!
Step 2: Request a New Link
If a long time has passed since your original request, the link may have naturally expired. To fix this:
Click the “Verify My Card” button on the main screen
ORTap your card and tap the "Verify Your Email" banner
Step 3: Contact Support if Needed
